A subsidiary of German government Deutch Ban, Big industry leader in logistics, transportation, and well known name to land big contracts locally in Canada and internationally. Good benefits package Diversified specializations in major projects, marine, air, railroad, etc

Cons

Internal corporate culture is rigid with a lot of room for improvement. Deep pockets, therefore, arrogant attitude to admit lack of knowledge in certain areas. staff level compensation is basic. Office politics play a big role. Some managers micro manage and think they own their employees

Pros

During my internship with DB Schenker UK I was able to gain valuable insights into the logisitcs sector. I was able to take responisblity and learn a lot.

Cons

There is not really anything negative to say about the work here, if you enjoy working for an international logisitcs provider. The industry is not for me - but that is obviously a completely a very personal view.

haslet,tx Db schenker is not a good place,the supervisor are no good,they have there favorite employees,working conditions are harsh in the summer time,all you will be doing is picking orders and that's it. Really strict on production,attendence , and no talking to your co-workers. the motc only only like the ladies to do easy work,they cry when they got to pick, low pay job starting pay is 12.12 -14.76 after 7 years here that's it
