Supportive management, stable organization, tries to do right by all employees, fair compensation system, opportunities for advancement, improved communication from senior management team

Cons

Some employees don't take ownership of their work, freight forwarding industry as a whole has been down, too many audits (of all shapes and sizes), dry online training materials

Management only cares about money. No opportunities to move up or around. No employee appreciation at all.

Amazing people to work with, overtime always usually available, lots of in-office activities and get-togethers. Everyone brings in food.

Cons

Pay and compensation is pretty low. Very little room for growth. Raises and increased pay after time is hit or miss.
