Benefits package is attractive. Nice facilities. Some very skilled talent.

Cons

Internally consumed and thats the mainstay. Expectation is to work around the clock and the only time feedback is offered is when it's assumed that you've not delivered. Deteriorating quality of life due to unreasonable demands and expectation placed on some.

Pay was ok for just graduating. A lot of overtime was allowed and encouraged.

Cons

Weekends were about to become mandatory. Not much room for advancement. Management says one thing and does another.

Glad to hear that things changed with upper management. Upper management had no idea of what certain departments handled, and.cut people and merged departments.
