The compressed work schedules are awesome. The culture here is safe and friendly. The vacation time given is very nice. Great Location.

Cons

Stability due to ups and downs in the tech world. The compensation is fair. Benefits are very good.

Pros

The compensation package is comparable to market standard. Working hours are acceptable. It is a good environment for individuals who do not mind keeping their positions for many years or those who like to stay within "comfort zone". Undeniable that it is a comfortable environment.

Cons

Promotion of staff is not transparent. There is a lack of HR policies which explain the career progression road map for employees. Mgmt positions are held by germans and it is obvious that there is a glass ceiling for females. No females are represented in senior positions. Corporate directions/ action plans are cascaded down from top mgmt, either global or regional. No feedback is solicited from employees and these people have valuable inputs because we are closest to the ground operations and market. It is disappointing that employees are not valued by mgmt.

good peers...hmm that is pretty much it.

Cons

no pay for overtime work, no growth within the company, too many politics, discrimination and favoritism of certain employees over then rest.
