- Work life balance - Flexibility - Manageable workload - Competent and experienced employees - Fair salary package (better than most 3PLs) - Trying our best to evolve and transform into a better place to work - A growing company with aspirations to grow further

Cons

- Can be unwelcoming to newer employees until they prove their mettle - Can be overly harsh on differing opinions and mistakes - A good number of corporate puppets, but I guess all big companies have them - Long term employees wield a lot of say and power, sometimes without logic or reason, but again all big companies have them - Difficult to attract retain younger talents - Need to improve the flexibility of tech systems
