Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive. As each location is relatively small (less than 50 employees on average) work was like a second home, co-workers were great, just like family.

Cons

Over the last 3 years, upper management has had very poor vision, trying new services and then giving up on them too soon. It was confusing to employees, so I know it was confusing to customers.

Lots of potential to learn different job functions. The pay scale is reasonable based on the work performed, but advancement opportunities are limited.

Cons

There is never a good time to take off. The company is still in the growth phases. Disconnect between Corporate and the sites.
