Director and above is the problem, they have forgot the basic principals of taking care of the hourly employees. I correct many accounts in my 11 years and all the same, not rocket science create a positive work environment.Awful place to work.

Additionally, I ensured compliance with DHL’s business strategy and local business environment, adhering to regulations and internal procedures, to deliver maximum productivity and optimize business assets and human resources. I was also held accountable for cost monitoring and implementation of cost improvement levers while developing a high performance customer service culture within each facility of responsibility
