Pros

Had a positive experience and management was great. The delivery routes were organized with great effectiveness. The people there were a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed the job.

Cons

It was only part time. The opportunity to go full time took too long. The communication regarding route changes could have been communicated better.

Respect & Results culture demands a fair balance in expectations. Compensation is fair and better then industry standards. Rewards high performers. Organizational culture is strong, lots of pride for those who care.

Cons

Globally direction over local market requirements can create difficulties in providing market needs. Very internally focused organization creates a narrowed view of the sector. Requires autonomous self driven success. Must learn how to Marshall resources or burnout is possible.
