They dont care about their employees. Willing to pretty much fire you over any little thing. watch you back. Also never trust up management such as Leads, and Supervisors. They will throw you under the bus to say their own as. Even if they were the ones to tell you to do something!

Working night's during the week then working days on sunday's it will have yo body and mind in a spin on monday night's and if you decide to take a lead position pray and pray and pray cuz you might a job one day then the next you don't unless you in the cool circle then yo job is good...
