There are many training for u to get familiar with logistics, even u know nothing before you start with it. The working environment is harmony and most colleagues are willing to help.

Cons

The salary is not that competitive, especially compared with the people who work in other fields or even the local express companies. Foreign capitals are faced with a lot of pressures from the new money in China.
