      Pros

      Compensation including bonus and benefits were very competitive until they terminated the retirement benefits. Defined global focused on business goals. Nice work environment. Work/life balance was encouraged top down.

      Cons

      Finance leaders are in their role too long. Need more transparency in treasury/tax/accounting. Next level leadership is a need.
