DHL EXPRESS has won many time the Top Employer award. It's a great family were we work as one to achieve goals. Motivation of the staff is essential in DHL strategy. So training (Certified International Specialist), Employee Satisfaction survey (EOS) are settled to have highly trained and motivated people.

Cons

Politics and favoritism. If you have good relationship with the Regional or Global office people, your job is secured. Un-professional Management at Regional level up to please their bosses at Global level and famous for pushing blames to down lines so they always look good. Few people runs the show and if you are in their good books, you can survive for years.
