A good bunch of people to work with, money ok, hours worked many shifts, relaxed atmosphere, free tea and coffee

Cons

Unable to support new starters, tried to learn the same job off 4 different colleagues, after 11 months still had no desk of my own, if all staff attending stood or waiting for someone to leave the room. Health and safety mad.

10 years ago DHL felt like a happy place to work. Management treated staff with resepect and everyone was given equal opportunity.

Cons

No loyalty. If you know the right people and are willing to sacrifice yourself and what you really stand for then you will succeed at DHL.
