Free event tickets - discounted shipping not really I have to say a lot else that I can say is positive about the company

Cons

Everything else - management say they encourage two way communication and encourage people to challenge when they feel strongly about something - when people do vendettas are started to get them out

Benefits package is great, vacations are easy to take, off every holiday (if you're not in customer service), good food and lounge area

Cons

Have to work every holiday (if in customer service), hours are screwed up and never the same (which is OK if you're single), OT mandatory in peak season
