      Many no call no shows never punished. But if reliable get wrote up for taking a sick day.

      Benefits are good. Works not to hard just depends on if your in JV or The Hub

      Cons

      Lots of language watch what you say could get your fired. You get a week of orientation but on the job training is about 4 hours needs to be longer. Lots of the job is learning as you go.

      Most managers and above did not care about personal time. It was all about moving freight. Sunday's are a special day to most but not to the management team
