Great benefits and I enjoy the atmosphere and culture. You also have the potential to make good money.
Cons
it is difficult to find opportunity to advance in a separate department than you are currently working in. Unless you are interested in staying in your current department, management will support you. If you are interested in other divisions/departments management makes it difficult for you to find out other information and you don't get a lot of guidance either.
