I am a happy, friendly, and possitive thinking person. In a job, i am also a hard working person, and willing to learn in everything. I am giving my best in my job.

Cons

My downside is when it comes in a situation that I don know what to do or i dont have an idea on what to do. But when i am in this situation, this is the time that i ak asking to my co-working, heads and other team mates so that nextime i know what i am going to do.

Its a global logistics operation where each country office works as POS desk for their global network covering all the continents

Cons

Employee and management turn over is high and top management are family related, so its quite difficult to make a career
