Pros

Insurance benefits are available, and 401k is provided. They are always hiring. Overtime is available during peak season (Nov.-Jan.), and during off season if you would like to work 6 days/week.

Cons

According to upper management, 99% of the management team (leads & supervisors) are promoted from the "ranks," so all training is "on the job" and you have to put in your time- regardless of your skill set. In the building as a package handler, the work is comparable to factory work. On the ramp, people are constantly concerned with being fired or demoted for making a mistake, and it is rather dangerous.

It is a great company that it is trying to innovate itself although being in a traditionally innovation resistant environment.

Cons

The average age is a bit high and the salary isn't to high, but other than that there are not many downsides.It allows a good work life balance.
