Pros

Great learning possibilities, nice international culture and great relocation / travelling possibilities. Salary can be good but you have to fight for what you deserve.

Cons

Many promotions and internal positions seem to be based more on whom you know and who knows you rather than on actual merit and efforts. Internal politics and personal agendas of ambitious, power hungry executives unfortunately seemed to be common currency at the time I was there... Many lay offs and clearly obvious job insecurity and uncertainty. Keeping and promoting talent is not a priority after seeing how some senior competent employees were laid off just to be replaced with cheaper less qualified alternatives.
