      Pros

      Great work environment, management don't put pressure on you to make deliveries. It's never a problem when you ask for time off. Everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      Not enough business, company needs to grow.

      Close knit community, fast paced environment, structured processes and Key Performance Indexes, personal development possible with intra-corp training courses

      Cons

      High stress environment, limited progression possibilities once reaching management levels, very cliquish, certain areas empower bully management tactics, KPI's unreasonably applied to all locations from HQ in DE without consideration for the alternating infrastructures.
