Cons

Local management is not properly look the ground level employee,proper guidance and feedback not receive from local management,working atmosphere is not satisfied.

Excellent brand! Good people, in general. A bit old world - but working environment will always be congenial - never be harsh!

Cons

Weak B2B category! Weak sales teams that can never sell at the right price -hence will always have a margin problem! Not stimulating lately! Senior management jobs are mere maintenance roles given that decision-making is central(although closer to market is the internal slogan which is a bit of a sham if you see the delegation authority)! the IT environment is ancient, really! I am not sure the senior team is aware the world is changing!

Global reach and plenty of development opportunities. The company has good people development plan that when taken seriously can benefit employees and bring their knowledge and skills up.

Cons

Shift changes, long hours. The nature of the work in this company is that it assumes shift work and sometimes often shift changes. Not easy to organize private life around.
