A global company with a diverse employ culture. Front line employees were great to work with. Ongoing training and development. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Mediocre salary. Very easy to become mired in reports/kpi's /analysis. "Culture of conference calls and emails" tends to replace real productivity.

DHL Express is an international company and a great stepping stone to several other companies in the same industry.

Cons

You must be in a position for a year before promotion, but if you are one of the management teams favorites they will make an exception even without proven abilities.

work is always changing and interesting, plenty of work to do and the employee environment is awesome

Cons

quite frankly, the management sucks. i know they are taking steps to correct this situation but it didn't help me. i was unjustly fired by a really bad manager who never knew what he was doing. he is now gone but he made sure i couldn't get my job back
