-Old school management
-High burocracy, changes that need to be implemented to be competitive takes years
-In my site, management treated employees like kids or teenagers.
-Feeling of people is intimidated by management
-Pressure (in a bad way) and heavy propaganda to complete Great Place to Work forms. ( They care more about having a Badge rather than the actual wellness of the employees)
-Forced propaganda(evangelization) to be glad that one work for DHL and use that to justify no salary raises, non sense decisions and heavy workload.
