Pros

it is good at what it does good benefits and salary if you work there IF you can get a job. which 95% of time there is no real job since it is promised to someone already at the company IF you try for the lowest of positions you might have a shot.... otherwise.... the best of people get rejected because the company has an internal person they want to promote

Cons

INSIDERS ONLY GAME you can be the most qualified person you can be the best interviewer answer and ask the best of questions doesn't matter for DHL they will make you fill out their paper work for "equal opportunity reasons" they will interview you and pretend to listen and be engaged. BUT actually every job they post online already has an internal person the company knows they are giving the position to, but the company needs to seem " fair and a EEO employer" which it is not. I have seen people being asked to come for interviews from cities a few hours away, they do not care if you have to travel and lose money to come for an interview. They Just dont care The company will quickly give you a phone interview and its easy to get a in person interview. That's only because they want to seem fair, soon you will get an email that says they found " people that met their needs more" Even if the external person is much better than the internal person they don't stand a chance. I have been part of so many "interviews" where the external person was great but the company always always rejects them
