good annual leave and fringe benefit package, fair salary comparing to market or even slightly higher, not busy work at all

Cons

management is not fair and upright to staff, does not possess management skills to manage people / conflict / business. management does not appreciate staff with independent thinking, nor being agressive.

Pros

Flexible with time off. I have a great boss who cares about me as a person. Does not micro-manage by daily work.

Cons

Hard to advance. The managers have been there a long time and are entrenched. Senior management is not too bright. Constant layoffs have brought down morale considerably.

all around poor working atmosphere, lack in training for new employees, and little attention from management.

sense of responsibility on the job. provides experience that you can use in other positions.

Cons

heavy work load / accounts, and not enough employees to handle it all. training for new employees seems to be lacking. training is one on one with another employee, or perhaps a few days with someone in management. total training is only for a week to two weeks. not nearly enough time to absorb all the information and lingo that goes with the position. this particular location was prone to having "cliques". an uninviting and unwelcoming atmosphere for newbies. lack of support from management.
