      Terrible - A Great Disconnect

      Pros

      Good Goals and that's about it. Good Talk.

      Cons

      What you are sold and what ends up being your day to day are night and day. There seems to be a pattern of pushers from the US CEO downwards. If you're in operations beneath your station manager, good luck. There might be some good stations managers out there but Seattle is definitely not the case. I think that the problems don't ever truly reach Germany. There seems to be a disconnect in vision and execution. Top management only dictates but doesn't lead by example. There is no work life balance. My advise is stay away if you have better options.
