      Good pay - no job security

      Pros

      Normal day you come in; clock in; process shipments; and do your 8 hours. You are entitle to 1 hr overtime to finish up anything over that the supervisor has ro approve it due to union seniority. Union contract does provide good benefits; monthly fees are reasonable. If your there for a long time company tends to buy you out to retire.

      Cons

      Job security is the biggest issue. Yearly basis they have lay offs regardless of the company economic situation. Regardless of union rules they still tend to lay off employees. Union will file grievence but union will keep most of the money if your awarded compensation.

      good employees, good benefits, average salaries

      Cons

      $$$ over people, very click driven, management very reactive. No long term planning for employee progression.extremely autocratic. Absolutely no team philosophy.

      Poor Remuneration Package - Unpleasant Environment

      Pros

      Working for a global and "well reputed" organization which looks good on your CV for future career opportunities.

      Cons

      The whole modus operandi is focused around unrealistic KPIs and the implemented procedures are far from being efficient. The structure of the organization is chaotic with no one actually knowing what to do in a given situation. Average academic background is really low. Moreover the remuneration package is really poor and there are very limited career opportunities.
