Pros
Friendly interview process, friendly coworkers, management very supportive through all the new changes taking place within the company. Benefits start on the 1st day of the month after hire date, 401k Match, floating holidays. Great work life balance.
Cons
During the on boarding process, there’s little to no support. You’re expected to access your work email account and read through all the emails to know what you need to do and where to send what information to whom. There are a lot of internal websites, too many, where you need to go to access different things. Benefits, payroll, internal news.
