Company is responsible and willing to develop employees and supplying competitive salary in industry. But it began to change since new CEO on board.

Cons

Job is busy and need to be 24 hours on call. Few training oppotunities in remoted stations. And company is reducing benefits for employees from ths year.

Very low growth and always target for big ones..but forgetting that the bunch small ones are also much more big than one big company..also not stand as par the promised words ...low salary ....
