Pros

Excellent work / life balance, interesting types of jobs. DHL does a lot of things right - I'd recommend them to a friend!

Cons

If you are growth oriented and, they may not be the company for you. A siloed organization with no opportunity to expand your role into other areas without a promotion or job change opportunity - both of which are very rare.

DHL is one of the best recognized brands that opens doors. One-stop shop provider for companies require global coverage with own overseas offices instead of agents.

Cons

The large market share and company size does not necessarily mean lower prices for customers or best visibility solutions.

lots of challenges, fellow employees are real pro's, lots of education (somewhat mediocre) available, some good leaders (but dwindling as we speak)

Cons

far too much over-reliance on a few individuals, far too much rewarding of those who write up the results and not those who PRODUCE the results, far too much "political awareness"
