I don't think there is enough words for how absolutely horrid the management is in Detroit. They do not care about you as a person. They smile in your face then break your morale, the very little we have left. They tell you to come to them when you need help or with any questions then make you feel like a burden for asking them a question. Literally, verbally exasperated when replying or they will belittle you for not knowing something. They drone on and on about being a team then destroy the morale. They also love to tell you how "transparent" they are then conveniently forget to inform you of changes that affect your life and schedule.

Low pay and not well managed at least in Honduras. Continuous downsizing and excess use of third-party professionals hired to manage core and non-core administrative functions.
