Pros
Extremely enjoyable office environment, operations staff (mostly) cohere and create positive office environment. Site manager very hands on and genuine, always getting involved in issues within the office and assisting wherever. Work load, most days, is very manageable and you will finish your daily tasks to high standards.
Cons
Problems that sometimes seem unfix-able or impossible are thrust upon you, consistently. Expected to pick up where other people left off, consistently. Operations Manager constantly fobbing off phonecalls and issues etc not my responsibility. Poor development, lack thereof. Wages are despicable at best Benefits are lackluster
