Permanent work with a lot of options to develop. Stable employment (night shift allowance)

Cons

Good jobs restricted only to closed circle of people. Opportunities "Jobs for the Boys" Most of the time we knew who will get a job, before application process has ended. Hard to get good work from outside :-(
