Good opportunity to learn all about the international postal market and eCommerce. Good salary and working conditions. Ability to develop yourself and to follow training programs. Interesting career opportunities within the Deutsche Post DHL group.

Cons

Quite a formal organisation and bureaucratic. You need to be able to deal with continuous organisational changes.

During my time at DHL offered excellent benefits and opportunities for overtime were readily available.

Cons

Minimum pay, no chance for advancement, management didn't know how to talk to people, treated like children and micro managed.
