Hardly any, free bacon sandwich once every 6 months

Cons

Management are poor, supervisor doesn’t take on board anything anyone says, staff are lazy and people like myself are sick of working harder than other people just to get the job done.

Pros

A very stable company with a very extended technical facility in Prague with DCs in place and tons of great hardware in it which you can manage and "see" for the full experience. Great opportunities to learn and build a profession.

Cons

Humongous Enterprise with very slow pace development. Changes may take easily months (several) to take place due to the terrible bureaucracy. Salaries far below the average within the Prague IT market nowadays. Slow career development. It is not a purely IT company but just the IT division of a shipping company and that becomes evident in a not very nice way in many circumstances.
