great learning and development program, international exposure to enterprise-scale projects and technology, structured and process centric. working towards establishment of vibrant working environment. good benefit and compensation. great company to work with

slow in introducing change or improvement. Relatively rigid in project delivery although it has been improved a lot in the past few years. basic salary is average compared to role and responsibility and scale of project undertaken

Slow grow in IT, higher manager or middle manager are not enough efficient. You can only progress if you have good network. hard work is not appreciated. salary growth is low too.
