Great People but limited Flexibility

Pros

Great people to work in teams with. Very mature organization and that runs rather effectively. 401K benefits are great along with the yearly review process. Great facilities.

Cons

Little to no flexible work arrangements. Limited range in knowledge sharing and to some degree development. Global HQ is in Germany and many do not have opportunities working with larger initiatives as these remain in HQ.
