Lack of communication, needs more competent supervisors
Pros
Most of the time you get all your hours, you're allowed three breaks, the co-workers were awesome for the most part everyone looked out for one another, there was possible growth in the company.
Cons
The supervisors were never on the same page, one supervisor will tell you one thing while another would tell you something completely different. There was favoritism if they liked you, then they weren't that hard on you. There were just many things wrong there at that location. If management was a little more compassionate and honest with their employees then the turnover rate wouldn't be so high. We would have new people come in lost and confuse. Many of them didn't even know how to correctly sort the mail, because the leads/ supervisors who trained them weren't thorough.
