      Pros

      The office is nice and there were a lot of employee events to participate in and there is Flextime available though frowned upon if you actually take advantage of it

      Cons

      There is obvious favoritism, and those people are able to get away with anything. There is no structure many people are employed that do not have technical skills. A lot of money is spent on covering up for the real issues at hand which is a terrible work culture and no room for developmental growth for employees. If you are interested in career development, this is not the company for you. Be prepared to be in that specified role for 5+ years. Employees are not involved in the constant changes that happen in the org. Career opportunities are not clear Fear of voicing concerns in teams

      There were none. The work environment was not pleasant.

      Cons

      There was a lot of favoritism within the Customer Service department. For those who came to work and did their job there was no recognition for working hard. Recognition and advancement was given to those who played around with management consistently. If you did not fit in you were frowned upon.
