      Good Benefits Package Good Learning and Development + Career Opportunities Big Stable Company

      Cons

      Big Stable Company As with most big organisations there are lots of internal processes and internal organisations that can get in the way of customer delivery. As an IT division it is not always respected by rest of DP - sometimes self-inflicted; sometimes not. Customer value proposition understood differently in different parts of the organisation - is it an IT company or part of the World's biggest Logistics company?

      Great company culture and branding... but constant change when I was there

      Pros

      1. Very strong company culture and identity. People feel proud to be in DHL. 2. Nice people working there. May be a trait in logisitcs industry. In general, people are nice and down-to-earth. 3. Good benefits and package. Employees feel they are taken care of.

      Cons

      1. Many changes when I was there, but it seemed to have improved now. 2. Some leaders are not very impressive... 3. It has its fair share of office politicking.
