-underpaid -little to no communication between management and employees -highly unprofessional HR team -EXCOM hides status of business to get employees to work hard until the day they are no longer needed

Good company to start, nice chances to grow and learn.

Cons

You need to be a follower, low salaries not reflecting your workload. People coming and leaving constantly . Although has been bough from Deutsch Post , DHL is a Czech company with more than 60 % of Czech employees with bad Czech management .
