      I still miss the culture

      Pros

      Great, enthusiastic and professional people working in all projects. One of many pros is definitely working with state-of-the-art technology in ever developing warehouse management and logistics industry. I guess I was lucky to have manager who (although sub-consciously) kicked me right direction in my professional life. Also there is amazing Mentoring program.

      Cons

      As every big organizations, many politics going on and climbing professional ladder has its rules, other than "do your job at your best and you will succeed".

      Fast paced and diverse

      Pros

      Entrepreneur environment in the field, and opportunities to be hands on. Very diverse global workforce with people from many parts of the World working in the same corporate, region or country office. Transfer opportunities available. Telecommuting opportunities available depending on your manager or team.

      Cons

      Continues restructuring to make investor community happy impacting employee moral. Entrepreneur environment creates power struggle on the top. Weak HR management. Promotions feel like hand picked not giving fair chance to better qualified internal candidates. Bonn Tower "corporate headquarters" full of career bureaucrats and red tape.

      Contradictory experience

      Pros

      1.The colleagues were nice. Some even became good friends. 2.If you know what you are doing, the outcome is great. Great place to be & become professional. 3.You can communicate with lots of people all around the world. 4.Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      1.In my case the salary was much below my expectations. 2.Customer service is very stressful. One small mistake/error in the process might lead to catastrophic results. 3.Work hours are crazy. Have to work overtimes quite often with no payment or benefits.
