Well structured program with cool projects you have to run with other placement students. Real Responsibilities and not just photo copying for a year Everyone was willing to help even the senior managers

Cons

Little direction at time Quality of placement varies by location On job training which has its plus and drawbacks.

Very good environment for long term personal development (3 - 5 years); Good for getting skills when working for middle size and large projects collaboration with different cultures company benefits (regular family days, team building activities, meal and sport vouchers, selfsickness days, etc)

Cons

poor internal career opportunities (difficult to find another position within the entire company) large distance between senior management and employees causing lack of communication
