unlimited career opportunities for strong performers. Global organization that is constantly changing, creating many new development opportunities. Cross-Divisional and global opportunities are plentiful. Organization employs ~500,000 employees in 220 countries, and is the 6th largest employer in the world.

Cons

Work/life balance can be an issue. All top career moves must spend some time working at Corporate Headquarters in Bonn,Germany.

Too much politics wich sometimes makes the organization lose track of what is really important, ie results. Poor information from management The company seems to suffer from bi-annual large organizational changes on a global (as well as country) level
