      Seemingly unlimited resources for pet projects Opportunities to work around the country

      Cons

      While nice perks, wasteful and unnecessary expenditures on things such as lavish dinners and wines; unnecessary travel and no limits on spending leads to financial insolvency and ultimately leads to impacting employees in negative ways, Job functions very narrow Not much opportunity to expand areas of responsibility Top heavy management

      Pros

      DHL makes use of new technologies. They provide a good salary and benefits. The facility in Scottsdale is nice.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with the business and the employees. They are still trying to figure out how to run an IT shop. Running IT as a business does not work.
