DHL IT operates more like a service-based company, following a service delivery model rather than a product-based approach. Work is typically assigned and tracked on an hourly basis, and your day may be split across multiple projects. The business manager often expects extended contributions with minimal allocated hours, requiring frequent justification of the hours worked . At times, I felt the DHL ITS project managers had limited control or support in managing these expectations.
