The GROW program provides the opportunity to explore different departments and functions, also internationally. You get challenged everyday, work on diverse tasks with a lot of responsibility and get supported by your direct team as well as the GROW program management. It provides plenty of networking opportunities and helps to not only grow professionally, but also personally.
