Pros

High interest on employees well-being. Very good benefits. Working time mechanism allows for very high flexibility. The company also has goal of becoming a good employer and receives feedback by a yearly employee opinion survey.

Cons

Promotions are difficult to obtain. Also company long-term outlook, although stable, is uncertain.

Huge company with a variety of technologies and projects from small to vast when it comes to functionality or amount of processed data. Big opportunity to receive training and certifications. As in any corporation, a lot of things depend on you direct manager.

Cons

Long term unsolved technical issues. Change management from hell due to massive amount of changes, services and connected applications.
