Pros

employed for over 10 years and I cant think of one pro other than the experience that I gained and what I learned on how NOT to treat people

Cons

no organization, goals are unrealistic, constant berating about proficiency and numbers with outdated equipment processes and a lot of manual work. Direction from the top is always changing, shoot from the hip ideas about how to run the operation. Absolutely no appreciation for hard work and dedication, we can replace you, you don’t matter mentality. Treated and talked to like you’re an idiot in front of peers and in public settings. Corporate HR is in the back pocket of the leaders who act this way, so they are no help. Leaders are allowed to act this way because they meet goals. If you speak up or voice your concern about how things are done or don't agree 100% with the direction, your position is eliminated due to "restructuring" the organization. Saw a lot of really good people lost because they had a different opinion about the direction from leadership

Pros

The benefits are good, get discounts at amusement parks etc. Coworkers are cool.

Cons

They gave you too many responsibilities but don't pay you for what they expect of you.

Pros

good work life balance nice people flexibility good HR process

Cons

falling behind in several aspects: - salaries are small: even if you have more experience, you and other inexperienced person might differ only in 2000 czk gross salary for the same job, or you wilh have the same salary as person working much easier job than you. - benefits are too modest -> 300czk flexipass when others are offering 1000, 70czk meal vouchers are just not enough for lunch prices nowadays; no multisport card, no company events - home office 2 times a week but not more than 4 days a month - why? All the work is done over Skype anyways, makes no difference where you are - DHL has a major flaw and that is not creating a sense of belonging for its employees. It is just like you do your work because it is why you are here but you don't feel you are contributing on a bigger scale, it feels like DHL might as well be just any other random company that gives you salary. You just don't give a **** somehow for the company itself, which is kind of sad.
