- Very good benefits - Very flexible ( Most of the team is very flexible ) - Working environment is superb - Growing company, never heard any employee being VSS when the economic is down. - Training provided quite often ( every year must have training ) - People is super nice.

Cons

- If you're joining as graduate trainee (GT), your salary will be low and quite hard to increase. Even when you're promoted, you will only get the lowest range of the salary for that position.

-You can expect to get your hours. -Coworkers had great work ethic, everyone worked together to achieve company goals. -They have full time and part time positions. -The benefits aren't bad for full-time employees.

Cons

- -You aren't done until everyone is finished or they tell you to leave. -Expect to be on call every day -There is a lot of favoritism and practices that are unethical
